The session is time to discuss how the ‘mum to be’s’ body is adapting to pregnancy, help to connect with their body and baby, enhancing their knowledge on what to expect with their changing body can be taken in 2 halves or in one session. Starting with an in depth consultation, moving into some time to relax with some gentle movement helping increase space within the body allowing movement for the bones and joints to open and release any tension being held then finishing with a massage to help further enhance all benefits of lengthening the muscles.

Medical postnatal check up with Louise Young at her clinic – The Paddock clinic – and Pilates 1-2-1 class, and/or postnatal massage
The Medical Postnatal check up with Louise at the paddock clinic includes:
- A 75 minute assessment with Louise
- Pelvic floor muscle assessment
- Abdominal muscle examination to identify any separation or gapping
- Screening for any bladder, bowel or sexual dysfunction
- Your rehabilitation programme
- A written report summarising the findings of your assessment
The sessions with Chloe will include 2 sessions with Chloe, either Massage or Pilates:
- 1 or 2 Massage 45 mins
- or 1 or 2 Pilates class 45 mins
All of Chloe’s Pilates classes will be handed over from Louise and we will be working with what Louise finds needs extra support with throughout your working with herself or Chloe, referring back to Louise if need be.

To practice exercise after having a baby, it’s advised that you see a medical professional before a pelvic floor health check. If you have any problems with pelvic floor or core and are unsure of the steps to take, please contact Chloe or Louise, to be advised.
This 6 week block of 1 hour group classes has been specifically designed by Chloe in collaboration with Physio therapist Louise Young – Physio therapist to build your postnatal recovery.
