Progressing into Pilates felt natural to Chloe due to her love for wanting to know more about rehabilitation of injury, learning about movement patterns and improving her clients abilities with all aspects of sport and daily life. Recognising that a lot of her clients alignments needed extra support to provide a full body strengthening program.
Chloe has practised yoga and Pilates for over 10 years and truly believes in mind and body connection to improving our movement patterns and how this can help with injury. Whilst training in Pilates Chloe quickly recognised how imperative Pilates was for weak pelvic floor and qualified to train with pre and postnatal, c- section and hysterectomy clients.
