Pilates summer challenge - 6 weeks

Exciting news!


I am setting up a summer pilates 6 week challenge for anyone to have access to for the summer holidays, it will start on 28th July - 7th September!


The challenge will include

🔥daily simple mini goals to complete around daily life such as - 5 squats before your coffee ☺️


🔥Nutritional recommendations


🔥 Along with a group chat helping you stay connected!
