Hi everyone,

Exciting news!!!

• The winner of the black Friday sale prize draw has been released and the winner is - @⁨Joanne Farmer⁩ you have won a free beginner reformer group class! Let me know when you would like to book in for.

- road closure on the high street 6th Dec (this Saturday) this is due to the Christmas lights event. You can still get round to the high street and the studio if you are coming in from Wellingborough the road closes from spinney road up to the mini round about. If you are coming from the aldi end of the high street you could go along collage street and round the back of the high street. Or park at the coop and walk down.

- classes are now available to book on the website for January! I would look at getting them booked soon so that…

Whoohooo! I’m chuffed to bits to have won this. Probably have to be in the new year but I’ll check dates. I missed the bit about there being a prize draw so this came as a complete surprise 😁

December updates

Can you believe It's 1st of December!! lots going on at the studio this month!

We have new merch that can be seen at the studio and then ordered online! Grippy socks available at the studio forsale.

We have our studio Christmas party on 17th December! Where sweat and glow and els bakes will be offering a christmas dance party and nibbles. The party is fully booked, however if you were hoping to join us please drop me message and we will look at getting you booked in still 😊💃🏼🪩
